Here is the 1.2 build idea, got the same dps at LVL 80 than before, and even more HP.
Arc -15% nerf ? Skill tree seems to solve it. :x

I edited it several times after post, and a lvl 90 should test it, otherwise, it's useless data.

Made a Non Crit, Cloak of defiance tree real quick.
Have more aura and shield block nodes.
