" Don't know... A rare staff can have 160% spell damage & 22% cast speed (which increases your damage significantly). Not even speaking about crit multipliers that you'll loose (from wand/shield). Powerful? Yes! Overpowered? Probably not... I would say well balanced. I actually really like to see a staff (other than searing touch) that is aimed at casters and not melee. We dont know What do echo so we dont know if its op or not.

That staff seems OP.. even tho i dont know what Echo is.. but I assume its a support skill kind of like a sonar..maybe knockback?? something like that?

It'll be a cheap alternative to a Mirror-Tier Staff... Hopefully.
But a Void Battery + Shield is far better, both in terms of DPS AND survivability.. I hope it's not overly rare, or else it'd be pointless. :P Still, I am super excited, and wonder if this means that the new Support is, finally, Echo?
