Possible to perma-freeze T15 bosses?

T14s yeah easy. For T15s you need some ridiculous cold damage, but yes possible. New T16s don't think is possible - way too much life.

AFAIK the highest potential for boss freezing is on crit phys-weapon based Inquisitors. Ice Shot, the oft-maligned Glacial Hammer, and Wild Strike with a high end staff are the best boss freezers I've seen, but I haven't tried them against any t15's yet.
For gear you'd want Hrimsorrow for Ice, or Three Dragons so you can use Phys to Lightning and freeze with 100% of weapon damage. Última edição por Crocodarrel#2422 em 21 de set. de 2016 15:14:28

Not sure. I play Blade Vortex and bosses die so fast I can't tell if they got frozen or not in that split second they are lucky to be alive :sorry:

I could be wrong but a +1 +2 Cold Stave, level 4 Empower, level 21 Cold Snap might be able to.
Harvest sucks! But look at my decked out gear two weeks in!

Last night I was able to perma-freeze Daresso in Tier 15 Colloseum with my build.
I'm not sure if I'll be able to do Core Malachai or the T16 bosses though. Fresh builds all day.

The following is based on "I hear Inquisitor => I think crit build with Inevitable Judgement". If I'm wrong on that, just ignore this post.
_________________________________________________________________________________________________ I have a question - why Inquisitor? Guardians only have 40% res, 30% for T15 bosses, why not go Frost Bomb with Ele Weakness and Frostbite? Cold Pen + Frost Bomb is already taking a guardian to -17% PLUS curses, plus you can go something like Elemassassin Scion for 5% extra pen AND extra crit and you have some pen from the tree.
