Possible to perma-freeze T15 bosses?

I'm not very experienced in the game, but I would suppose if you're doing so much damage that you can permafreeze tanky bosses, then you're killing it so fast that it doesn't really matter anyway. Does that makes sense?

You have to do like 5% or more of the boss total hp in one hit to even have a chance to freeze. So anything that can chain freeze a boss is going to kill it fast anyways. I do think some interesting stuff could be done with slowing a boss via chilling / temp chains and other hindering type items. This is one of the reasons ice shot supports are popular they pretty much do the same thing as freezing boss with enough slowing mechanics.

" This is not exactly true. You only need to do 5% or more of the boss total HP per hit if you have 0% increased freeze duration. Stacking a lot of Inc Freeze Duration makes the required percentage much smaller. Fresh builds all day.
