Flat phys and attack speed as well as life and eva Pierce does nothing So does that mean that Drillnech's "Arrows deal 50% increased damage with hits and ailments to targets they pierce" wont work with toxic rain? isn't Maloney's better then because it gives hit and ailment damage to blinded enemies, which can be done with smoke cloud, jewels etc.?
