[3.11] Cyclone Slayer (RETIRED)

Hey man. This guide was fantastic for a new player like me so thanks a bunch for this. So this is my POB for my character https://pastebin.com/tCTwTEcV . Is there anything else I can improve greatly? While I was following your build my cyclone dps is only about 177k with roughly similiar gear recommendations (with all buffs and flasks up) and yours is about x3 more dmg.

Also note that I use a Lethal pride timeless jewel which happen to give %5 chance to do double damage on Utmost might, 20% more melee dmg on razor's edge, 5% double damage on butchery.

I just imported your character, swapped out inc area for conc, ticked - full life, leeching, enemy bleeding, fortify, killed and hit recently, infusion and blood stance. All of which are reliable.

Your major upgrades from here would be, drop vuln, get flesh and stone linked to maim. Once you get vuln gloves, use those but Flesh and stone is much better than vuln. Minor min maxing would be, better rolled starforge, 20/23 blood rage, helm enchant, better rolled lion's roar, boot enchant. You're mostly done.

Hello,

I really like your build and switched from gladiator with axes to your build. I already have most of the needed items (gloves with that nice enchant missing - but actually too expensive).

My Path of building only shows around 280k dps which is quite low - could u have a look at my characte please and give me some tips ? :)

Your pob is using 3.6 tree, has nothing ticked in configuration and isn't using flasks. I imported your character from your profile and it has 900k dps. Get 20/20 gems, helm and boot enchants. Drop all 3 life flasks and use better flasks.

Yes, that was a leftover from the previous passive tree.

Tbh you could use both. The gem links are a choice.

I wanted more single target so I use conc instead of pulverize. Inc area gives very similar aoe as pulverize. For one gem swap you get similar area and 30% more single target. You can easily go pulverize. It's upto you.

Close combat is a good option but I'm not sure if its more consistent than Damage on full life. Not saying close combat is less consistent, I'm just not sure if it is, so I stuck with dofl.
