overall i did a shitton of delirious maps in delirium and 100% is not worth it even with a lot of damage. 80% is where it's a solid spot. 100% is just ridiculous amount of HP on rares and beyonds

The only issue is if I run into Kosis alone I can't kill him because he regens too fast. If he's in a big horde of mobs I can, though. Omniphobia is no problem.

I've taken a slightly different approach and I don't use The Surrender. I have a shaper shield with recovery and +2 all max resists and charge gained on block. I am putting Reckoning in the 6L of my chest and I'm running fortify cyclone in my helm.

With all the cooldown reduction I've been able to get:
30% helm enchant
19% belt
14% boots
20% divergent reckoning
Total: 83% Reckoning CDR

My Reckoning procs nearly 5 times per second. I kite whole screens of 100% delirious mobs and they kill themselves on me in seconds, except for a few stubborn rares. Einhar beasts are excellent because you can drag them along to the next screen and they help proc Reckoning for you. Eventually you get a chunk of 5 or 6 tougher mobs and spin around until they're dead then you move on.

Check char FB_Reckoning for gear details.

Still a lot of min maxing I can do. Pride watcher's eye for double damage would be a nice next upgrade for example. A curse+crit chest would be another. Closer to 800 on the Facebreakers. Etc

This build is going to get even stronger.

So what I'm not underestanding is lets say you have 1-2 mil damage like OP, and it procs 3x a second, thats about 6mil dps.
But the gif shows guardian being dropped in like a second.

What am I missing here/whats missing in POB that I'm not accounting for for true dps?
