[3.10] Herald of Agony Mana Guardian | 2.5 Minute Sirus 8 | Deathless T19 100% Delirium

First, overall this guide is very easy to follow and makes 100% sense even for someone that doesn't understand much about PoE/play it much before this league.
Thank you for writing it.

With being a newbie I have a couple questions.

1. For leveling all the way to 68 does HoA+Quill+Rain of Arrows actually carry the entire way or do I need to grab another bow at some point?

2. Any suggestions for quivers through this leveling process?

3. Any chance of 1 or 2 pastebin's for the journey up to level 68? Not sure which nodes to prioritize. This is the main reason for hesitation to start the build as of right now. But endgame looks amazing!!!

But again, thank you so much for the build/guide, it looks great.

Sorry if this was answered already, since I'm playing catch-up on this thread cuz I just got home, I'm using a corrupted 2b/2g/2r and I'd never use minion speed, deathmark is a much better option in that case. It's very solid against bosses too. I'm not using my awakened viscious projectiles anymore so that kind of sucks, but I zip through t16 maps and I killed everything but Sirus without any problems with this setup.

I paid around 13 ex for mine and I'm happy with it for now. I tried a few other variations at first but other than the most optimal one which costs over 40 ex, I think 2/2/2 is a solid enough option.

I'll agree Mana reservation can be an issue however. Atm i got it covered with charisma but I'm gonna switch that around very soon.

I don't mean to imply that a 2g2b2r isn't usable. It clearly is, and I ran one myself for a while. But the blue gems tend to have all have the high mana costs (130).

The market is moving quickly and it may have already corrected, but part of what stimulated my post was that when I bought my chest (a week or so ago), 2g2b2r was valued more highly than something like a 4g1r1b which is what I'm running currently. I think this is incorrect, for the reasons I gave previously; all other things being equal the dps difference between gem choices is small, but the mana reservation issue is significant. I sold my 2g2b2r and bought the cheaper 4g1b1r and haven't looked back

1. You don't deal damage with the bow. So the fastest bow will always be the best at applying the most poisons. Which is Quill Rain.

2. Whatever you want. Attack speed is the only offensive stat that matters from it. Besides defensive stats like life and resists. I just used some low level unique with attack speed and bought a life/resist quiver at level 45 or something for 1 alch.

3. Just follow the path of the level 68 tree and grab the life nodes that are besides it. At 68 respec the life nodes and get whatever passives you are missing from the 58 tree. There really is nothing to priritizy, makes no sense because your crawler will be killing everything in a second no matter what passives you take. So why not just follow the path of the 68 tree provided.

Just thought I'd point out to people that are able to run a 3rd aura and use Flesh & Stone, getting a level 21 gem is actually an important break point for F&S because of our gear we get +1 level to it and a level 22 gem F&S gives you 12% less damage instead of 11%. The level 21 gems are pretty cheap too so it makes sense to just go ahead and get one.
Great, my 4th Aul got the one damn mod that makes him incredibly hard for this build. "Chance to avoid being poisoned".

That together with 97% extra damage as lightning and 63% more life makes him pretty much impossible for this build. Gotta find another boss killer for that one.

You could always look at a skele swap. There are a few posts detailing it in the comments.

Yea, tried that once, without other major changes to the build they are pretty bad. Did a few Sirus with them and it worked fine but its a pain to do bosses with area degen, like Aul. The Skellies die before they get a hit in.

And didn't mention it, but he is also at 604 depth, so yea, gonna hope a Baron Zombiemancer or other boss killer will be able to do it.

But I shouldn't complain too much, the first 3 Auls at 390, 450 and 540 all had doable mods. And I got lucky on the amulets too :D

Curious, what are the reasons for stoneskin flayer apart from high hp and providing freeding frenzy? If say I were to run 3 carnage chieftans instead? What are the downsides apart from them dying?

None for normal mapping. Many people use them for better Frenzy uptime and to get Frenzies themselves. But you usually have to link them with Blood Magic or have a high level Clarity. Their mana pool is tiny and their mana regen is very slow.

But for delving, pretty much at all, or anything else than mapping really, they suck because they die in a second and you lose Onslaught from your ascendancy, Feeding Frenzy and meat shield taunt, which is a great defensive mechanic.

Mostly the Spectres are just there to provide those three things, so having pretty much immortal Spectres that are also insanely fast is what most people go for.
