As tattoos are back, we can use one for 8% CDR but will 52% CDR still be reachable ?

"I didn't see the tattoo on CDR in the patch notes. I think they were not added. In my opinion, there are useful ones - increased Flask Effect Duration and Resistance, Cold Damage and increased Effect of your Marks. And btw, they also cut the resists in the suffix on flasks with values of 18-20% at the highest tier. |

Good to see this build still works after I took 2 years break from PoE :) Does the elementalist version still work or only ascendant? I'd gladly play this casually in Standard since I got most of required gear, just need maybe little help for transition.

I am very disappointed with the Flask Quality Nerf. Removal of Hillock T4 Betryal It makes life complicated for 4 flask setup. And even 3 flask is expensive. |
