[3.25] Ice Dancing Queen - Icestorm/Cyclone/CI - Viable For Everything
" Both are good and add a Jade flask. |
|
" It is probably not the best atlas for money making, but it is fully map-sustained without any need for any investment. I get Harvest in around 80% of maps, and Delirium in about half. |
|
" I'm currently self-sustaining two maps while running in batches of 5 with only the left Kirac wheel and what leads to the FFtB notable. I'm not sure you need to get all of those small passives to oversustain. EDIT : losing 10% pack size from Shaping the Valleys and all of the special Altar nodes really seems to dent your profits. I have an Astramentis.
Should I anoint it with Charisma? Última edição por Jhssutrx em 3 de jun de 2023 18:06:29

" Yes. Charisma (to enable Hatred), then add Tranquility when you have the boots. Última edição por WinterHiko em 3 de jun de 2023 20:48:04

Can anyone give me any tips to improve my build, I'm just not sure if I need to grind out my currency and get high budget gear or if I'm set up incorrectly.
Thanks |

" I've taken a look at your character. Don't take this the wrong way, but you need to stick to the guide. A lot of the changes you've made are working against you. A few examples : - This is a crit build. Using Coralito's Signature, which removes crits but scales poison, simply lowers your DPS. - The Overflowing Chalice is quite bad, especially with "use when Frozen", which will never trigger because of Purity of Elements. - You've got a random Cruelty support linked to no hitting skill. It does nothing. - Your chest setup is a CWDT Vortex with Hextouch and a Purity of Element. You don't want Vortex on a CWDT, because you want to manually apply it at the right place (it doesn't interrupt Cyclone). You want Ball Lightning in that setup, because it basically hits everything on screen. You also don't want an aura in there, as it's super easy and cheap to roll a fourth socket in another piece of gear. Some people use a Vortex/Hextouch setup, but hardly with CWDT and it more difficult to apply curses all around. I'd stick with Ball Lightning. - You have no source of additionnal curse, but two curses on chest. You cannot inflict two curses naturally, you need Whispers of Doom. - I don't know why you have those skill gems in your gloves. - You have a Quicksilver flask with The Stampede. The boots literally makes your quicksilver flask do nothing, as it sets your movement speed at 150%. - Out of 7 slots that aren't the boots or staves, you have 4 with no intelligence. This is an intelligence-stacking build. It's the most important stat for your whole build. If you're having trouble with resistances, buy two Le Heup of All. All in all, the best suggestion I can give you is to go back to the low-budget PoB and try to stick to it as much as possible, then work your way up to higher budget versions. Hope that helps! |

Is using Tasalio's sign with this build a good idea? More cold damage and freeze chance.

just looking over the guide again and i don't see much about lab enchants.
here's what i'll be using belt: Hits against Enemies Unnerved by you have 50% increased Spell Critical Strike Chance (unnerve from gloves) helm: Purity of Elements has 30% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency gloves: Trigger Commandment of Reflection when Hit poe is going down fast. Diablo 4 and Baldur's Gate 3 have no performance issues. play them instead

" Try it out in PoB but it doesn't seem like it would provide enough damaga when compared to alternatives. It doesn't provide intelligence, which hurts it a lot. |
