d3d12 failed to create resource for texture

As much as i'm loving the game.. its LITERALLY UNPLAYABLE..
I promised feedback on the recommended changes to the graphics settings. Unfortunately none of this helped, neither the shadowing changes nor e.g. switching from D3D12 to Vulcan.
Crashes to desktop regularly occurs. It is not an overclock problem, my system is stable with testing apps, GPU is only max. 75% used under POE2, CPU is only ~35%. /foreground is limited to 60fps./
mod: the crash with Vulkan it is not that often I think.
aand looks like the final solution is to change the renderer to Vulkan. The crashes are disappeared completely.
Vulkan working for some, and not for others. This crash seems weird all around, hitting systems of all sorts of configs and power. Vulkan crashes even faster for me. Dx11 works but runs like ass. Graphic settings changes make no difference. I hope they're digging into this...
I havent had a crash since lowering a bunch of Graphic settings as per a previous post.

I had the same issues like everyone here. Crashed like 1-2 times per hour.
What fixed it for me was, changing from Windowed Fullscreen to Fullscreen
Same here, i test with Vulkan DX11 and 12, same results, crash in 10m or 15m
had this a few times now today, getting very annoying specially in the middle of a big (boss) fight.
This is still an open issue, probably crash every 15-30m roughly.

Turning off multi-threading will "fix" the problem, but then I drop to like 20fps so next exactly an option either.
