Combat Frenzy fix broke Tempest Bell
" How can this behaviour be intended? The tempest bell is supposed to be attackable "like an enemy". That's the selling point of the skill. It means that "Echoing Frost", "Echoing Flames" and "Echoing Thunder" in the skill tree should also not interact with the bell. I don't remember the exact words of the devs when PoE2 opened up early access, but I remember them talking about Tempest Bell as an object you can attack like an enemy with all the proccing advantages that implied. You really mean to tell me that such a massive balance change was tested and then not put in the patch notes? I find that very difficult to believe. |

Really? Taking out the charges generation? Please at least when tempest bell aoe freezes or electrecutes an enemy needs to generate charges. It's impossible to do bosses solely on high crit ( this is very late game...which is quite harder to reach...)

" I kindly ask you to reconsider this approach. Tempest Bell is attackable, it is its selling point, and the synergy with Combat Frenzy was something that was working from 0.1 till 0.3.0c. I'd suggest doing such a change during league update, as it is a massive nerf to ice strike monk builds for single target dmg, and wouldn't it be cleaner for you to mark attackable objects as enemies anyway? |
