i managed to fix it by running in windowed mode.i then lowered all graphics settings and ran fsr on ultra performance.i know it looks like shit but at least i can see the inventory :(

is there any solutions? It's literally unplayable ATM.

Loading screen 1-5 min every location... From 0.3. DX12 No boss animations>>> No textures>>> Invisible mobs>>> No matter is it new location or i was there... Shaders are full always...
