CRITICAL: Abyss Rares only drop "Omen of the Liege" inside cloud – Melee classes excluded from loot

It is much more difficult and dangerous to kill these monsters while standing inside their void cloud, yet you are rewarded with worthless loot (Omen of the Liege only).

Imagine if it were the opposite: If Glass Cannon builds—which make up 90% of the meta and would die within 1 second inside that cloud—were the ones getting worthless loot while staying at a safe distance, the outcry would be massive.

Currently, Melee players take the highest risk by staying inside the cloud, only to be excluded from the loot table. This isn't just a bug; it’s a slap in the face for every close-combat archetype. This needs to be addressed immediately, especially considering how long this has been known.

I mean range - melee balance is very bad in PoE in general. Just bring the example of maps, some layouts are very bad for a minion builds but then really great for melee players.
If this feature would be the opposite, then you won't see any complain topics because it is seen as normal already.
