Come on guys, if you are going to redo an entire item category, do it logically.
Also, why not just nerf the light quiver if you seriously think +40 dex is that much of a problem? +20 or 25 dex max would be reasonable, when compared with other quivers.

I just fail to see how somebody who got a job as a game developer could think that "Legacy the entire item type" is the proper method of going about the current quiver situation.

I'm pretty sure the old quivers will still be there. The post says, "Here’s the set of new quiver base types.....". I think they are just showing off the new ones maybe??

The quivers could have been introduced into standard just the same.

It's just a way to try to get people to play new leagues rather than/as well as parent leagues.
