player 1, has 6 premium tabs, can play 10 hrs per day, a "no lifer" as you call him.
player 2, has a job, buys 120 premium tabs, can only play on weekends, 4 hours max because family.

after a month who do you think has more currency?
now i'll tell you player 1 still has 6 premium tabs so he's still pay-to-win,

It's definitely pay to win: you pay - they win ;) The rest is pecularities.

I read your pay2win definitions and moans, and I'm unsure if you have ANY perspective what it is at all.

Do you have limited access to items, dungeons, playing the game in general? No.
Can you buy advantage in form of exp boosts, buffs, items, potions? No.

All you can buy is place to store the items you found. Just like everyone else. And you are still ALLOWED to make alt accounts to store those extra items. You can trade, you can do everything any other player can do. Yes, it will be much more bothersome, but this is nowhere near the pay2win you're moaning about.
Imagine having to pay to buy tickets for Uber Atziri or Uber Lab. Imagine being able to buy Exalted/Chaos. Imagine being able to buy full-respecs. Imagine exp boosts, item quantity boosts and rarity boosts. Imagine being able to resurrect yourself while playing HC, for money. Imagine being able to buy god-tier Uniques like Skyforth's, Shavs or Kaom's...

THIS is pay to win. A fucking stash tab is not. End of fucking story.
