I've been running 2 flasks with inc armor, and they stack. Adding armor, Defiance Banner, Glorious Vanity and Vaal Molten Shell made a huge difference in survivability.
Maven Uncharted Realms invitations are pretty much the only places I'm having issues surviving; but even here its a massive improvement.
So to answers the last two posts on survivability, go full armour on gloves/boots/helmets and add defiance banner. Go for one of the recoup nodes, and possibly allocate the other if you want full denfensive. Definitely have molten shell on cast when damage taken. Ideally add Viridi's plus 2 vermilion rings (hexproof and no crits is huge), you should have 4.5k health. After shuffling resists I added two min endurance charges on the rings for extra phys reduction. You for sure need a granite flask and a flask rolled with 40%+ increased armour, and having them on used when charges hit full can keep them active. Have the forbidden taste with savage hit trigger. Impresence also adds a small defensive buff from Maddening Presence, plus lets you fit temp chains and enfeeble. Add a Xibaqua Glorious Vanity as I discussed above how huge that benefit is.
Big thanks. Rework build today, add vitality, vaal molten shell+cwdt, defiance banner, find glorius vanity with divine flesh, remap passive tree and switch gloves for armour stack. Now have 4.6k hp + 400 CI. On t16 map with alc orb all be fine, i'm don't dead)

On having two flasks with % armour they don't stack, it takes the higher one when both active. I didn't intentionally get two, but I'm too lazy to change it. Since they have different charge count they end up getting a staggered uptime so it still helps some.

Without any I have 4932 Armour, with 93% increased effect and 58% Armour I go up to 8313, If I add in 53% Armour on another Flask I don't gain any additional Armour.
with just the 53% Armour I have 6678, adding the 93% increased effect and 58% Armour I go back to 8313.
So they're not stacking for me at least. Been using 1 Armour, 1 Evasion, Stun immune and Freeze immune on my 4 utility flasks as a result.
1. I don't trust flasks to have 100% uptime, especially when it comes to bosses. Also, flasks no longer grant immunity to Curses, but instead lower Curse effectiveness (on utility flasks), or remove curse (on life), which is not optimal for cursed maps.
2. Having 2 magic rings makes it worth using Hidden Potential jewel. And not to mention how easy it is to roll those rings, instead of trying to find or craft something else.

But yea %inc. armor definitely doesn't stack based on my latest tests in previous league. Gonna test again tho.
In your No-Cluster PoB version you have Acrimony annointed but you took it in the tree. Vampirism annoint seems good for 3% life on kill and 12% recoup with that version?
For more defense, what you think adding another Born of Chaos instead a jewel, and a quiver with +2-3% max chaos res, for a total of 89% chaos res. Wouldn't that be huge with Xibaqua?

Really dumb dumb question - I know that Purity of Elements 35% all elemental resistance and my current gear I'm over my resistance (129% cold, 142% cold, 134% lightning) when aura is on.
I just don't want to mess anything up because as long as this aura is active, I can ease up a little trying to find upgrades with resistance as long as I'm capped with this aura is active yeah?
Again, I know...dumb question, but again, just want to make sure lol.

No dumb questions ever friend. You're 100% right, as long as you have the aura active you can be more lenient when it comes to resistances on your gear and prioritize other stats like life or damage over time or something.
Just always make sure to peak at your character stats every now and then so you don't run into a map uncapped.

Yes, Vampirism looks good, but Glorious Vanity will replace it, so keep that in mind.
There's so much goodies on the tree that I'm still switching things around, so I missed the Acrimony part. I personally specced out of it and decided to put that as an anoint.
The new tree so flexible at fixing the issues you may have with gear that it's hard to recommend a single setup. Either all res, or chaos res, or stun immunity - it's all there available :)
More max chaos res would be awesome with Xibaqua. Highly recommended if you can fit that.
