This is definitely my League Starter with possible switch to Reaper
Pretty pleased with the lack of nerfs here. Was expecting SO to be gutted terribly and it wasnt.
Looking at the notes, I see a few things that (may) affect us...
I'm concerned with our defenses (evasion, flasks) because this build is a bit squishy...

From the patch notes:

* Base Character Evasion Rating has been lowered to 15 (previously 53). Characters no longer gain Evasion Rating per level.

* From the full lists of gems/items/changes etc I've seen that they're hitting mana costs and mana reservations pretty hard.

* Luckily it seems that the passive tree doesn't change for us?


OMG THE FLASKS....

* Quartz Flask now grants 6% chance to Dodge Attack Hits (previously 10%), and 6% chance to Dodge Spell Hits (previously 10%).
* Granite Flask now grants +1500 to Armour Rating (previously 3000).
* Jade Flask now grants +1500 to Evasion Rating (previously 3000).
* The "of Dousing" Flask Suffix no longer grants Immunity to Ignite during Flask effect. It now grants Immunity to Ignite for 1 second if used while Ignited.
* The "of Heat" Flask Suffix no longer grants Immunity to Chill and Freeze during Flask effect. It now grants Immunity to Chill for 1 second if used while Chilled, and Grants Immunity to Freeze for 1 second if used while Frozen.
* The "of Warding" Flask Suffix no longer grants Immunity to Curses during Flask effect.
* The "of Staunching" Flask Suffix no longer grants Immunity to Bleeding and Corrupted Blood during Flask effect, or Removes Bleeding and Corrupted Blood on use. It now Grants Immunity to Bleed for 1 second if used while Bleeding, and Removes Corrupted Blood when used.

* The Rumi's Concoction unique flask now has 8-12% Chance to Block Attack Damage during Flask Effect (previously 14-20%), and 4-6% Chance to Block Spell Damage during Flask Effect (previously 6-10%). Existing versions can be updated to the new values with a Divine Orb.


Other:

* Bonechill:
Now has a 140% Cost and Reservation Multiplier (previously 120%).
No longer has “Enemies Chilled by Supported Skills take 10-29% increased Cold Damage over Time” or “Enemies in Chilling Areas from Supported Skills take 10-29% increased Cold Damage over Time”.
Now has “Supported Skills deal 5-14% more Cold Damage”.

* Awakened Greater Multiple Projectiles:
Now has a 160% Cost and Reservation Multiplier (previously 165%).
Quality no longer grants “Supported Skills have 0-20% increased Attack Speed” or “Supported Skills have 0-20% increased Cast Speed”. It now grants “Supported Skills deal 0-10% increased Projectile Damage”.

* Hypothermia:
Now has a 140% Cost and Reservation Multiplier (previously 120%).
No longer has “Supported Skills have 20% increased Effect of Chill on Enemies”.
No longer has “Supported Skills deal 20-39% more Cold Damage Over Time”.
Supported Skills now deal 20-29% more Damage with Hits and Ailments against Chilled Enemies (previously 20-39%).
Supported Skills now have +20% chance to Freeze Enemies which are Chilled (previously 10%).

* Awakened Minion Damage:
Now has a 150% Cost and Reservation Multiplier (previously 130%).
Quality now grants "Minions from Supported Skills deal 0-10% increased Damage" (previously 0-20%).
Now grants "Minions from Supported Skills deal 40-44% more Damage" (previously 50-54%).
Now grants "Minions from Supported Skills have 25% less Maximum Life".

* Awakened Multistrike:
Quality no longer grants "Supported Skills have 0-10% increased Attack Speed".
First Repeat of Supported Skills now deals 22% more Damage (previously 20%).
Second Repeat of Supported Skills now deals 44% more Damage (previously 40%).
Third Repeat of Supported Skills deals 66% more Damage (previously 60%).
Supported Skills now deal 25% less Attack Damage (previously 10%).
Can now support melee totem skills.

* Awakened Vicious Projectiles:
Now has a 140% Cost and Reservation Multiplier (previously 120%).
Quality now grants "Supported Skills deal 0-10% increased Physical Damage" (previously 0-20%).
Supported Skills now deal 50-54% more Physical Projectile Attack Damage (previously 60-64%).
Supported Skills now deal 50-54% more Physical Damage over Time (previously 60-64%).
Supported Skills now deal 50-54% more Chaos Damage over Time (previously 60-64%).

* Upgraded Soul of Yugul Pantheon power no longer grants 5% reduced Cold Damage taken if you’ve been Hit Recently, now grants 20% reduced Effect of Curses on you.

* The Veiled modifier that causes you to Trigger a Socketed Spell when you use a Skill now has a 250% Cost and Reservation Multiplier.
* Modifiers on items that Trigger a Skill now have a 100% Cost and Reservation Multiplier, unless stated otherwise.


Idk.. a few little things here and there... at least they didn't really touch the golem/spectre dmg this time :P

Trigger setup is probably the thing, which was has taken the hardest hit, fortunately it is replaceable. Very surprised, that GGG haven't done anything to minion builds' clusters, craft modifiers and, the most important, minions themselves. Or maybe I'm blind.

This going to be a Minion, Trap and Totem league. I can already tell.

The nerfs are rough, but we got nerfed the LEAST to be completely honest.
Phys minions got destroyed with the Impale nerfs. Cold conversion will no doubt be the best archetype for minions.

Problem is, even if minions will be meta, I'm afraid the game overall will just feel like crap to play.

Yeah, we're more than fine. There are some changes I will have to adress though which is specifically related to mana.

Disregarding the INSANE damage nerfs, these nerfs don't affect us relative to other builds, the biggest nerf is the 250% mana cost increase on triggers and the mana cost multipliers.

Will have to find solutions to be able to still use triggers with 90% reserved mana which will be hard.
Exactly! RIP our mana :(

And those Triad Grips, never more needed than this league!

Those nerfs shouldn't affect us too much. We don't do Dot damage so Hypothermia still affects our minions.

Not running Awakened Hextouch anylonger either so not too much of a deal.
Kinda fun how they made most awakened gems irrelevant with this patch though. Just small dps increases.
Awakened GMP will be the biggest dps increase basicallysi ce it wasn't nerfed.
