Could somebody help me figure out why my damage is potato? It takes me so long to kill things :(

So I went ahead and did this too to test and see how it affects my build. Wasn't able to find a ring quite as good as yours (mine has a bit more dex but about 25 less str and the 32 less int). I AM able to hit enough to run HOA lvl21 and I AM able to hit lvl31 HOA after all the additional buffs.

However it came at about a 1.8k ES loss. I'm now trying to figure out if Primal Spirit is the best oil to put on the amulet or maybe another one. There's no denying that the dmg certainly is a huge buff.

Was actually considering crafting the amulet myself, cant be that hard to get someething good. Hunter amulets have two +1 gem mods for HoAg. Chaos and dex, doubling the chance to hit one. And any kind of attribute mods are VERY common to hit on amulets.

Might still do that at one point in the hope of getting something better but for now I am happy with the one I have.

You should add the amulets to the first post as the much superior way of getting HoAg level 31. A shield just has too many negatives. Hunter and Warlord influenced amulets can roll a +1 for HoAg.

how do you even search poetrade for a chaos skill amulet? nothing shows up at all which surely can't be right?

hey, i got this ring quite cheap for 2c :P. and I wonder if it's worth slamming 20% on this one or should I try getting a better one?

Which of these gems should I be leveling in my off hand?

I was able to make a couple more tweaks to my gear. Since I don't have to run Astramentis anymore as my neck I can ensure that I have my capped res without needing to run diamond skin which means I can run something like Primal Spirit instead. That allows me to only take about a 1.2k loss to ES after I tweaked my gear. Maybe even less once I hit another level or two and can spec into a couple mana/es nodes I had to drop for the moment to get my dex in order. I'll also be able to multimod my amulet to allow me to get more mana and ES as well so that should help bridge that gap even more. I expect when it's all said and done if I don't change my amulet for a better one before I multimod that I'll only have lost maybe 800ES making this switch.

Meanwhile my damage has jumped up to 1.70m per hit and 5.32dps. A pretty sizable jump for only losing 800es.

Keep in mind I'm only level 92 too so as I add more levels I'll be able to really tweak where I put my points and zero in on getting the maximum out of this. For now I went with Aligned Spirit nodes and dropped the pure intellegence nodes and it gives me slightly more ES while giving me a nice amount more dmg.

now you just need a +1 ammy to hit a level 31 HoAG and get a HUGE dmg upgrade.

Congratz, I think the fossil craft made alot of people here happy today :D I am still unsure how reliable it is...
