you may not like it but to say that multiplayer game as popular as poe is not mmo is just wrong. Many mmos have party size of less than 5 people, i actually believe 4 is the average. So just because you do not play in group of 300people does not make it any less mmo. This is mmo coop pvp arpg with chest space to win elements. With towns being the social spot where you meet tens of people at once(ok maybe it is just place to show off mtx, but hey we need place like that) M stands for massive which with 150k players at every start is check. M stands for multiplayer, which is unplayable with some builds. O stands for online, i play this game offline but for rest of you it is Online. It is perhaps not MMO this specific month, because there are 25 players at peak time according to steam charts. :^D But few weeks from now it will be mmo again. I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty,

" by your definition warzone is an mmo :p definition for mmo is much simpler than people let on, is it multiplayer and simultaneously do people ask you to collect 10 lettuces from their garden right next to them? this is sadly the modern form ^^, we do need a description for small part persistent multiplayer games but frankly atm they almost all fall into the GaaS category despite that having nothing to do with gameplay specifically. |

Both games are barely breathing xD
1. PoE is alive like 3 times a year for 2 weeks max each time only. Then its hugely bleeding. 2. LA is alive only when you do its story. Its story is fun, yeah. But its for only once. And after that totally mindless and nonfun grind happens. |
