I always start manually. Before starting loop or entering a new area. My Olroth is on reused when full. Once it's going and you have everything setup, it won't drop. If it's running, it won't stop on weapon switch.

Tree, belt and clusters look good. PoB shows 100% uptime.
Does it not work all the time? Test it in hideout?

after some help i managed to get my loop work. My problem was that i equipped a 4th flask without the 71/95 requirement and my forbidden rite was linked with a cwdt lvl 1. I removed the 4th flask and switched the cwdt/fr setup to lvl 7 cwdt and its working fine right now.


i will try to get the next upgrade with the additional cluster but im lacking ward and life right now for the tree change.

edit: i got another problem right now.. with my setup the forbidden rite damage is 1886,72 ( according to the calculator )
So my ward is lower with active flask than the forbidden rite dmg. But all the pob's dont have the required 1886,72 ward with flask on?

Can you open your profile and make it public? Your PoB had some manual changes and I think that may have thrown off the PoB. Your cooldown/reductions are correct but your Attack/Cast Rate shows 5.05. I believe it should show around 2.4/s ish.
