Can you clarify: are you still getting complete system freezes on load screens? If it doesn't happen on a load screen and it doesn't completely freeze your computer (i.e., requiring you to hold down the physical power or reset button), then your issue is not what this thread is for.

Reminder to use the "--ex-crash-report" to send crash report data to GGG whenever you crash.

For Steam:

Goto Library->Path of Exile 2 properties by right-clicking the icon->General->Launch Option-> Add --ex-crash-report
to the box.



For Standalone client:

Right the desktop shortcut->Properties->In the target field add --ex-crash-report

And the target should look like this: "C:\Program Files\Path of Exile 2\Client.exe" --ex-crash-report

Had issue before when I first updated to 24H2, so downgraded to 23H2 which seemed to fix it on earlier patches.

Now with 0.1.1.c I'm experiencing the same issue (windows dies completely and I have to hard reboot twice) immediately upon launching the game, still on 23H2.

Even since the last patch my game randomly crashes with the error message above.

If the freezing at loading screens is not fixed we have to keep these threads alive so GGG knows it’s still happening. They’ve since removed the crashing lines from known issues which is very concerning as it implies that the issue is fixed. Personally I just won’t be playing without the Uncrasher. If that thing shows no lock ups consistently than I’ll play without it but it’s not like it’s even troublesome to just run in the background

Actually, I reinstalled my drivers and it fixed my issue!

I'm running an NVIDIA gtx 4090.

As far as my PC is concerned, my loading screen freeze crashes are officially fixed. I've portalled all over the game as well as heavy mapping without any issue. At least 10 hours of play (I'm in Sydney).
I've never been able to play like this since PoE2 launched /fireworks!

Here's hoping most all others here are seeing the same.
