POE 2 Hard Freeze / Crashing

As the title suggests, it freezes whenever I move into a new area or even a known map and at first I thought this was my internal issue until I saw some posts in relation to freezing, mainly affects Ryzen users especially on the high-end like 7800x3d chips and even the newer ones like 9800x3d.

Having thrice in a row, I stopped playing which is a shame since I really love your game but at the same time I don't want my newly built PC to be wrecked or corrupted because of the said freeze.

I noticed in my monitoring software (msi afterburner + rtss) that seconds prior crashing, my CPU usage spiked, retaining to almost 100% and my mouse started to slowly become unresponsive resulting into freezing and forces me to hard press the power button. Kinda impossible to max out my CPU as this is fairly new.

Giving you my quick specs for your reference:

CPU - 7800X3D
GPU - 4070 Ti Super
RAM - 32GB @ 6000MHZ
SSD - Gen 5 2TB
Winver - Win 11 24H2

running near identical pc build, bought into the beta when it became available. Crashes/freezes,crashes all the time, WTF is going on?

Start the game with argument: "--crash-upload". This will send the crash dumps located in ...Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\poe2_production to GGG server. Unfortunately, after the upload all the dumps will be deleted, so I suggest you to make a copy of them just in case.

staff has known about the issue for a month and still nothing done. they dont care

I've reported other crashes and issues as well. The response was that there are currently are no resources for technical support.

Would have been good to have proper support for a game with so much potential

I am having the same issue. Really sucks.

CPU locks up at 100% and computer becomes unresponsive while loading into map

Storage: 1.5TB TEAM GROUP SSD (1TB + 512GB)

Yall can use POEuncrasher app to mitigate some of the hard freezing. It's crazy we still have to rely on this, the game doesn't support newer AMD CPUs especially the X3D ones.

Here's the app, stopped most crashing minus some rare occasions. I wish GGG would address this.
