[PoE 2] Low CPU/GPU usage and FPS in Towns and certain areas

same problems, also graphics options do nothing for performance, even if Lower resolution. or DLSS, everything low on 1080p.

needs really bad to be looked at. This is causing alot of players not to be able to play.

Issue has been occurring since first day. As mentioned previously, logical adjustments to the graphics settings do very little to resolve the issue as again today I have been mysteriously throttled to below 30fps in most areas, while yesterday it was average ~60fps majority of the playtime and dipping at some points with town visit, understandably due to other players in the area and addons. The issue seems to reoccur at random times though which is my current experience.

Previous adjustments such as changing the Renderer to Vulkan and setting core affinity has also been proven ineffective again.

With the mentioned hardware of mine and other posters reaching min spec at least, this should simply not be an experience players have.

I see when he presses F1 showing his
CPU, LATENCY, etc it drops from 120 fps to 30-50s fps in areas, but once casting abilities / mobs start appearing around mobs FPS plummets.

It's normal, yes. Been like that since PoE1, but exacerbated in PoE2.

Your CPU and GPU both are choked, can you share your CPU/GPU usage stats? How often do they max out?
