I'm adding Krater to my list of ARPG's I will be playing. Awesome game. Can't wait for it to release and for the devs to add co-op to it.

Permadeath? Oh man...that's harsh.

It's not that bad actually. You have to replace your squad members every so often, anyways. Starter squad is capped at lvl5, 2nd tier is lvl10, etc. Plenty of guys to hire to replace one you lose, too.

The injury system is actually a pretty nice incentive to not die XD
Reimur: even though you're wrong, why would you have faith in diamond supporters? you're talking about a group of people that are so autistic that they would spend 1000 dollars on pixels. we're almost the most idiotic group of people in this community. second to hardcore players.

I love Diablo 3, it's a good game in it's own right although completely over-simplified when compared to the previous games. I can give you a Guest pass and you can try the demo (My copy came with 3 cards with Guest Passes) to see if you like it. Just know that you won't be playing with anyone that has the free version. Just shoot me a message.

Never liked Torchlight much, although TL2 looks promising. I will probably pass on it.

As far as PoE, Downloading now, but it looks like it is somewhat similar to the dark atmosphere of Diablo 2 from what videos I saw... Especially in the dark maps. I always liked that eerie feeling of never knowing what was going to come at me from the dark corners of my vision and not knowing if I was going to even be powerful enough to take the enemy down. Diablo 3 lacks the light radius thing that the previous 2 had and that to me just takes a lot of the eeriness out of the game, and to me environment is very important.
I waiting for Grim Dawn and path of exile..

I dont like Cartons grafic like Diablo3 / Tourchligt2 who looks like Toystory 4.
Poe veteran! Have been here sense November 2010.
I think that every single game of these three has their advantages and disadvantages. I personally play Diablo 3 and Torchlight 2 so if i must say my opinion, i would say that D3 is boring or at least, its not what i expect after so many years waiting to play it. About Torchlight 2, i really don't know how to describe it. Its almost the same as the first part with a few differences. I don't wanna be so critical, but at least i expect really too much from these two games. So my last hope is that PoE will bring me that entertainment that i seek in MMORPG-s. I really have a big expectations, and i hope that this game will bring many interesting moments to all of us - THE GAMERS! See ya :P
Since I've only trialled Diablo 3, never played Torchlight and I am still waiting for a Path of Exile key, I can't judge but I like what I see in Diablo 3.
If it makes any difference, I played D3 for a week maybe and uninstalled. I have been playing PoE beta for almost 9 months. I also had a great time with Torchlight 2 so I will play that as well. Was a huge fan of pre Flagship studios fallout Mythos, and Torchlight. T2 looks looks even better from what I played.
Went back and played some more TL tonight. I might have to resend my previous remark about playing both TL2 and PoE. PoE has spoiled me...it's got the sort of "feel" that appeals to me now. Will probably be my primary aarpg if it's got the staying power.
D3 is garbage, play long enough and you'll find that out.
The nerfs will continue until morale improves.
Depending on what kinda skillsystem TL 2 comes up with as replacement for the boring old one they had in the beta it will be great or awesome game.

D3 doesn't tickle me at all. Feels a bit like an old smashTV kinda game with the health orbs system. And come one, bonus XP combo achievements for breaking barrels. Treated like a moron much?

PoE has so much potential its really just a matter of how much polish GGG can manage. My main gripe with PoE as is now is the feel of it. The broken shiftbutton functionality and some related stuff.
But if GGG manage to polish up the basics in the game as they move forward and add new content, skills and more, I can easily see how PoE can be the game with the most longevity.
Most Likely PoE, thats why im here ;)
