I will;
10 ele resi overall - nice but nothing spectacular - 0,5
25 ele damage - crucial for ele damage builds like (now unpopular) ele cleaver or (now very powerful) ele archer. In short top stat for every ele damage character. - 1,0
6% att. speed - always good, always popular, pure dps output - 1,0
life regen - irrelevant - 0,0
2% life leech - always useful, always good price, on many if not most characters. - 1,5

Overall usefulness index would be 3 which is pretty damn good. Out of four stats that ring has three potentially interesting stats.

For example
good resi roll - 0,5
good life roll - 1,0

that is how I value most of rings, and I agree that they are pretty hard to appraise well.

they try making you overpay with this tactic. Simply ignore them when they ask you for an offer and seem this kind of people.

Oftenly ppl also just dont have an idea about price so you can anyway put an offer.

How can you be mad at people that want to get something cheaply when you apply exactly the same cheap tactic in order to fish for more then it's worth. So if you're an ass, why should I be fair? If you put b/o price somebody could offer near price and you would get rid of poor noobs and save their time and yours.

That ring is pretty good, however quite specific in stats. Elel and physical are seldom wanted togedher. Accuracy is sought after only in crti based builds, mostly. It has no life. It's not that easy to put the price on that.
