I think the % poison will deal more damage, it will just be a bit harder to harvest on. Maybe that makes fossils better, just offering another possible approach.

He's right, Crit Chance/Multi are not important stats for this build even while using Coralito's. You can use POB to confirm this. The best Suffixes for Elder claw are Attack Speed, DoT Multi, and Poison Damage. That being said, DoT multi is really hard to get and the only Realistic method is Alt Spamming for it and getting everything else with Harvest.

Well I am pretty happy, I got this jewel late last night for only 27c.

Most of the cheap upgrades are done, now I just need to 6L my Perfect form and get my enlighten to at least level 3.

Having a blast with the build, it sure requires more attention to the lol aura stacking golems I was doing last league.

That´s all around pretty decent gear. Nothing that needs instant-work on it. I would suggest you swap to the uber melee variant and then take every single slot and get best-in-slot gear.

Here are a few examples of upgrades you could do:



- Gloves with +1 Strike + Dot Multi
- Amulet with additional additive Chaos Damage Suffix
- Double Life Hunter influenced Stygian Vise with additive Chaos dmg.
- Circle of nostalgia with bonkers implicits.

And all of the above gear is very much endgame, but not perfect. You can take those templates and try to get 6x t1. And, of course, a good watchers eye.

Tried to solve the accuracy problem and then I learned that accuracy on claws is local. Its still a nice claw but not as nice as I thought.

Are the new gloves "sinistral" good for viper/pestilent setup?

the %inc chaos is an essence mod - is essence+harvest the only way to craft these?

Never tried any of the mentionned skills (CL,VS,PS,VG).

It seems the best all-rounder is pestilent strike.

But do you gemswap between PS and VS for bossing ?

Are there particular restrictions for what skill to use ?

If not, why not use CL for mapping and VS for bossing ?

Pestilent is best all-rounder.

You can swap, but you don't have to. With endgame gear i stick to Pestilent.

Melee skills have more damage, but there are no restrictions for skills.

Different support gems, you can use pseudo linked gloves for CL for clear though. See few pages before, player posted his.
